Location: the hotel was so close to the Kielder lake, Otterburn and the adjoining restaurant. The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful, provided EXCEPTIONAL services. The breakfast available was savoury and enormous with fresh fruit served and gluten free options, for instance.

I greatly enjoyed the place, its tasty and superb breakfast.
The hotel room was recently decorated and new-fashioned with lovely bathrooms, all the facilities, as for instance. The location in the heart of Bellingham was marvellous and lovely.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with body soap, bottled water, and both cable and satellite channels. Amenities like a hairdryer, heating, shampoo, and a tea/coffee maker. The drying room was great for our wet hiking gear. Staff was super friendly, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.

Loved the cheviot hotel, it was super clean and had tea & coffee plus bottled water. Location is perfect with shops right there. Staff was so friendly, and we could bring our dog too. Comfy beds and great atmosphere, definatly coming back.
The bathroom was a bit small and no hooks for towels. The breakfast service was kinda slow.

A Cozy Stopover with Room for Improvement
The local dining options were excellent. The nearby Black Bull served excellent food and the friendliest service. I recommend making dinner plans early, as the local spots can get busy.

The location was perfect for the event we attended. Our Standard Twin Room had ample space and good amenities.

The cheviot has spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The hospitality tray was well-stocked, and our daughter loved having a coffee machine in her room. After long walks, we appreciated the drying room for our wet clothes. The food was delicious and the friendly staff.

Absolutely worth it for a nice getaway
Had a lovely big room with a comfy king-sized bed and even a coffee machine with pods! The breakfast was honestly one of the best I've ever had, feeling like a king with all those choices, especially that massive Cumberland sausage on my plate, just very nice.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for the quality, it was still acceptable.
